Key responsibilities of HR Officer:
* Be the HR representative for employee queries escalating when necessary.
* Supporting policy and procedure changes and implementation, reacting accordingly to any changes within Employment Law.
* Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
* Updating the HRIS with changes
* Reporting on HR metrics, such as sickness absence, turnover, and monitoring trends
* Getting starter documents, right to work and onboarding new starters
* Dealing with HR inbox
* Involvement in ER cases
* Involvement in various HR projects
* End-to-end payroll input process, ensuring high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance including monthly audit and sign off process.
* Complete report and timely submission to HMRC
Your strong attention to detail and experience of working in a busy environment where no two days are the same will ensure your success in this HR Officer role. Ideally, you will have your Level 3 CIPD, knowledge of payroll and HR experience across the whole employee lifecycle.
