Senior Compensation Associate (EMEA)

Oakleaf is partnering with a global consultancy firm in search of an experienced EMEA Compensation professional. This is a newly created role and will support the continued growth and success of the EMEA region, partnering with colleagues around the world.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Associate:
* Manage compensation programs across the EMEA region, working in partnership with global colleagues.
* Provide guidance to business partners and people teams on all things compensation related, including the interpretation of salary data, benchmarking, and analysis of offerings.
* Work with the global team in delivering all core compensation activities – annual merit increases, bonus calculations, equity, and incentive programs.
* Support the global reward strategy by bringing insights and ideas from the EMEA market.
* Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
* Advise people partners and talent acquisition teams to ensure effective use of compensation data – job levels/grades, job codes, job titles.
* Develop analytical models for compensation projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in core compensation activities for the UK and EMEA markets.
* Exceptional analytical skills and strong knowledge of Excel.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and the confidence to build and deliver presentations.
* Ability to translate complex data and information into valuable insights.
* Experience using Workday is desirable.
* Exposure to work councils is desirable.
