The successful candidate will assist the SENDCO in implementing the school's SEND policy and provision. This will involve offering professional guidance to colleagues and collaborating closely with staff, parents and external agencies. You will demonstrate ambition for pupils with SEND and an understanding of how to assess and meet the needs of SEND pupils so that outcomes improve as a result of any adapted or additional provision you make.
