National Compliance Project Officer
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£31,611 - £33,275 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
We are seeking a National Compliance Project Officer to join our team based in Worcester. The role sits within the National Compliance Lift Team who are responsible for ensuring lifts are serviced on time and statutory LOLER inspections are up to date in line with relevant regulations and guidance. The lift team is also responsible for lift reinvestment works and other major projects that may be required to be carried out to suit the needs of the business. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
The role of National Compliance Project Officer will include:
* Supporting the project management of major works, including lift reinvestment works, ensuring delivery of high quality and value for money major projects
* Being responsible for the co-ordination of contractors
* Managing and completing project paperwork as well as attending meetings
* Raising purchase orders and paying invoices on time
Skills and experiences:
* NVQ3 or BTEC in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service)
* Recent experience undertaking a similar role
* Experience of supporting the successful delivery of projects
* Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
