We are seeking an Operations/Service Manager to join our team.
The Operations/Service Manager will ensure Getaway Girls services run smoothly and effectively. The role will oversee the operations of our charity, managing administrative systems, staff, and coordinating our services.
The Operations/Service Manager will have a proven track record in operational management in a charitable environment, youth and community experience, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of girls and young women. A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving and day-to-day management is essential.
The role includes responsibility for the following areas:
* Management of staff
* Coordination of services
* Referral system, quality assurance, and monitoring systems
* HR systems
* Buildings
Salary: £33,977.84 for 37 hrs per week
Funded initially till the end of March 2026 (probationary period 6 months).
