We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join a leading Learning and Development organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in crafting engaging visual content across print, digital, presentation, and branding platforms, helping shape how clients and teams interact with learning materials and communications.
Responsibilities
* Design visually impactful presentations for pitches and training workshops
* Create workbooks, promotional materials, and social media graphics
* Produce and edit videos, including adding subtitles
* Design internal documents for consistent brand representation
* Manage and maintain website content and design updates
* Explore and recommend new design tools and technologies
* Track and report weekly design hours
* Create e-learning content using Articulate 360
Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
* Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
* Excellent communication and feedback skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Collaborative mindset, working effectively with content, coaching, marketing, and operational teams
* A customer-focused approach to design, ensuring all outputs enhance user experience
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable
Experience
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer role
* Proven track record of producing high-quality visuals across various media
* Experience with e-learning tools and video editing platforms is advantageous
