An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join my clients team and be part of our online operation based in Biggleswade to help assist in the running of the customer services department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and exciting division of a well-established business. My client is one of the UKs leading Electrical Wholesalers. As well as 393 branches throughout the UK, the company also has branches in Australia, Canada, Spain and the USA and is a constantly expanding worldwide business. Due to the success of the division we are now looking for an additional Customer Service Advisor. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0800-1730 This position will be based at our facility in Biggleswade on a temporary to permanent basis. Responsibilities will include: Inbound and outbound calls to customers and Internal branches. Processing customers website placed orders. Processing internal branches placed orders Conversing with customers via on-line chat and e-mail Assisting customers when using our website General office duties Skills: Knowledge, Qualification and Experience Computer literate Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred. Strong work ethic and initiative Full training will be provided internally on our own in-house computer system.
