The Quality Improvement Lead will support the Head of Quality in driving continuous improvement and ensuring effective management practice across all provision types. They will work closely with the wider Quality team and the TLA team so that the quality of delivery and student outcomes are of a consistently high standard for all students.
Along with the Heads of Quality, you will be responsible for developing a culture of innovation and continuous quality improvement.
As a lead, you will promote, uphold, and demonstrate through personal example, the College’s values and behaviours. This is a full-time post with no teaching commitment.
A teaching and/or assessing qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
