IKEA Brighton is looking to welcome a Graphic Communication Assistant to our new store team! In IKEA, this role is called a graphic communication co-worker.

What We Offer

* Starting salary: £27,772.62 per annum, based on competence and experience
* 39 hours/week, 5 days including alternate weekends and at least one evening shift

What You Need to Have
* Education in graphic communication design, media, typography; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
* Interest in home furnishings, design, and inspiring customers
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently
* Clear verbal and visual communication skills
* Practical, hands-on approach; comfortable working with hand tools and at heights
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Strengthen store communication by applying IKEA visual and verbal identity
* Plan and evaluate store communication to promote the IKEA concept and range presentation
* Collaborate with store stakeholders, act quickly on commercial opportunities
* Stay updated on home furnishing and retail design trends
* Engage in physical work and manage workload using equipment like laser printers and vinyl cutters
