WCI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role within the business, overseeing the accurate procurement of goods and materials, supply management, fleet and subcontractor management, and managing health and safety within the company.
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of circa £50,000 depending on background and experience.
The role:
* Oversee the procurement through Purchase Orders, goods received, and supply management.
* Health and Safety – manage risk assessments, policies and procedures, and management of the accident book.
* Management and deployment of resources – process and resource, construction phase plans.
* Fleet and subcontractor management – ensuring fleet vehicles are up to date on MOTs, managing a portfolio of subcontractors, managing commercial arrangements, and ensuring a high standard of quality is upheld.
* Broader Facilities Management – project management of office moves, procurement, managing staff, and training matrices.

* An ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* An ability to delegate.
* Be a ‘jack of all trades’.
