An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Cleaning Operative, working at a Garden Centre in Orpington, DA14 area. The Restaurant Cleaning Operative is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant. This includes both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers and staff. Hours: On average 12 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 4 on 4 off, Monday to Sunday 17:00pm - 20:00pm. Pay rate: £13.02 per hour. What’s in it for you? Contributory pension scheme. Responsibilities: Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added: The Cleaner will be responsible for the cleaning of all areas within the contract. Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically. Clean and disinfect all restroom surfaces, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops. Restock restroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Regularly check restrooms for cleanliness and address issues promptly. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces. Sweep and mop floors, ensuring they are free of debris and spills. Polish any mirrors, windows, and display cases. The following skills are also essential: A ‘Can do’ attitude. Excellent organisational skills. The desire to do a good job. Excellent Customer service and people skills. Good time keeping skills. Experience of working in a customer facing environment. Able to work individually and as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience and knowledge.
