the perfect opportunity for you! We’re seeking a proactive and self-motivated Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive support,
ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Lightning Protection Repairs Sales Team.

The Role:
* Manage and maintain the existing customer pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups, nurturing relationships, and identifying
opportunities for upselling
* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
* Monitor project timelines and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
* Dealing with inbound client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
* Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issuing remedial quotations and providing excellent service.
* Maintaining customer records to a high standard
* Ability to process and comprehend technical information
* Producing reports using proficient IT skills
What you’ll need:
To be successful, you will possess strong organisational skills and ensure a keen eye for detail within all areas of your role.
You will excel within a sales and customer service environment while demonstrating a high level of proficiency using IT systems
and Microsoft Office. You will be a confident self-starter with an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem
solving tactics and use of initiative to deliver results. You will have the ability to work under strict deadlines and have a
proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with an efficient understanding of sales performance metrics.
Experience:
* Sales administration work: 1 year (preferred)
* Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
* Customer service skills: 1 year (required)
