About the Role:AsNursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children. You will lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, manage the curriculum, and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance withOfstedandEYFSstandards.
Lead and support a team of dedicated early years professionals.
Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum that fosters children's learning and development.
Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children, staff, and families.
Manage budgets, staffing, and nursery policies efficiently.
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies.
What Were Looking For:Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification(Level 5 or higher preferred).
Previous experience in aNursery ManagerorDeputy Managerrole.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.
Sound knowledge ofOfsted regulations, EYFS framework, and safeguarding policies .
