Cafe Supervisor - Brighton
The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with eleven stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.
We are seeking an experienced cafe supervisor to help run one of our Flour Pot stores on First Avenue, Hove. The right candidate will have similar experience in a high-quality cafe environment, a good understanding and passion for the high-end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive, and a level head.

You’re confident as second in command and work closely with your General Manager and Assistant Manager, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our customers. You keep expectations and standards high. You recognize that succession is vital for a strong talent pipeline and you’re proactive in developing others.
The role is based on 5 days, working either an open or close shift from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, averaging around 35 hours per week.
