Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, dynamic Practice Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. The candidate will ideally have recent experience within a Primary Care Setting, be adaptable, highly motivated, relish a challenge and want to develop an ongoing career in Primary Care. Knowledge, skills and experience of working with chronic disease management is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided. We would be looking for a candidate to work 18 or 27 hours. (2 or 3 full days).
