EYFS (Reception Class Teacher Job) Job available in Basingstoke Location: Basingstoke Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (Main Pay Scale) Contract Type: Part Time 3 days a week Start Date: January 2025 About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Teacher (EYFS, Year R) to join our schools in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to make a significant impact on the learning and development of Reception Class pupils. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, creating an engaging learning environment, and fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages students to achieve their full potential. Working part time,t his school is looking for someone for two terms, 3 days a week. Ideally Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with PPA time provided on Friday afternoons. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet the national curriculum guidelines for EYFS Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with specific educational needs. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student's overall development. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Ideally experience teaching EYFS or Key Stage 1. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
