In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving operational success by using data and insights to identify emerging people trends and translate them into actionable strategies. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping to resolve complex people challenges, shape the strategic direction of HR initiatives, and support the wider people agenda to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
* Use data insights to identify people trends that impact operational performance and advise key stakeholders accordingly.
* Partner with business leaders to tackle complex people issues, drive performance management, and improve overall effectiveness.
* Provide expert guidance to managers on HR policies, coaching them to enhance their leadership and performance management capabilities.
* Collaborate with key internal teams to streamline HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement in people metrics.
* Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and talent development.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, working across the business to identify opportunities to refine HR processes and systems.
What you’ll bring:

* Consulting experience —strong ability to work with senior stakeholders and guide them through complex people challenges.
