Project: Fit Out/Refurbishment - industrial unit & offices

My client is a well-established Main Contractor with several divisions including Build, Refurbishment, and Maintenance, working across Retail, Commercial, and Leisure sectors.
Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially, you will be working on internal and external refurbishments to industrial units and office space across the North West.
Your duties will include:
1. Managing a site team including Tradesmen, Subcontractors, etc., ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget.
2. Monitoring health and safety on site.
3. Attending progress meetings and client meetings.
4. Quality control & progression.
5. Managing Health & Safety.
6. Conducting site inductions.
The successful candidate must have previous experience managing and delivering fit out/refurbishment projects and will ideally have a joinery background.
You will also need the following tickets:
1. SMSTS
2. CSCS
3. First Aid
4. Fire Marshal
In return for your skills, the company will offer a salary of £38-40k + company vehicle, pension, and private healthcare (once the temporary period is complete).
