We have an exciting opportunity on board for an experienced Administrator to join our well-established construction client based in South Leicestershire, LE9.
Working within a busy projects team, you will be responsible for providing administration support to a team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.
Key Responsibilities and Duties of the Administrator include:
* Management of control documents and drawings, cross referencing details against spec and issue sheets
* Distribute documents and drawings to relevant sub-contractors and suppliers
* Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets, sort and filter data
* Help with requests for information from site/project managers
* Compile paper and electronic O&M manuals
* Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain relevant information
* Assist with creation of H&S folders for site
* Answer incoming calls
* Filing and archiving
* Support in other areas of administration as needed
Experience, skills & attributes required from the Administrator:
* Previous administrative experience
* Confident communication skills, verbal and written
* Excellent organisational skills, time management, ability to multitask, prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure (busy office!)
* Excellent eye for detail, ability to spot errors/missing information
* Ability to manage busy workload, learn and retain information
* Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook (Excel - ability to use V Look ups, sort, filter) with ability to pick up new systems
* Willingness to learn, positive attitude, can take ownership of tasks
* Team player
Note, this is an Office based role currently located in LE9.
In March/April next year, they are relocating to LE17, Lutterworth.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
