Project Managers - Junior, Mid, & Senior Levels
Salary: €45-65k (DOE)
Location: Co. Kerry
Hybrid: 4 days onsite & 1 from home
Overview:
Our clients, a global company at the forefront of Ireland's digital/industrial innovation, are actively searching for experienced Project Managers to help build out their PMO team. With aspirations of doubling their operations over the next 2 years, this is an amazing opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Operations) to define project scope, develop and execute project plans, and track progress.
Employ Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to drive iterative development, foster collaboration, and maximize project agility.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, proactively address issues, and implement effective change management strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to enhance project delivery methodologies.Job Criteria:
Previous experience within a Project Manager position is required, but varies dependent on the level you are applying for:
2+ years for junior level.
4-6 years for mid-level.
7+ years for senior level.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performing culture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).What's in it for you?
