We are now looking for a Learning and Development Officer to join us for a 12 month maternity cover contract. Full-time working at 36 hours per week is available, however, we are open to flexibility. Supporting the growth and capability of employees, you will implement effective training programmes and ensure compliance with learning objectives. Working closely with the leadership team and managers, you will administer, evaluate, and report on learning opportunities in line with our Learning and Development Strategy and annual training plans.
