An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a committed, highly motivated, and reliable individual who has an interest in Resuscitation to join the Resuscitation training Team. The post will be based at one of the sites within Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation trust, but there will be some occasional requirement to work across all other sites.
Applications are welcomed from Nurse associates, ambulance professionals, former military medics and other registered professionals who may have some pre-hospital experience, who are dynamic, enthusiastic individuals with the ability to work well within a highly motivated team and can deliver high-quality training and meet the person specification for the post.

Salary is dependent on Experience and Qualifications.
A Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Development opportunities to achieve this will be provided when working for the trust.
This is a brand new team and a great opportunity to shape resus training in the Trust. Staff joining this new team will be fully supported and if necessary trained in Advanced Life support (ALS). Members of the team can also achieve teaching and assessing qualifications needed as an important part of the role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to work with a minimum of supervision and to coordinate his/her activities in order to support the Lead professional for Resuscitation in ensuring that an efficient resuscitation service is provided to the trust.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of resuscitation training of all staff employed by the Trust and wider community services and supporting clinical services within the trust.
The post holder will be expected to coordinate his/her activities in order to effectively manage his/her own workload, time, clinical and operational responsibilities. The department operates across all trust sites and the team may be expected to travel to different locations, where their role requires them to do so.
