Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Chef to oversee the preparation and delivery of nutritious and delicious meals for students and staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, ensuring food safety, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and efficient cooking environment. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook balanced, healthy meals that meet nutritional guidelines. Ensure all meals cater to dietary restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences. Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation. Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food storage, inventory, and cleanliness. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food handling regulations. Manage kitchen supplies, place orders, and work within budget constraints. Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient teamwork.
