THE ROLE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters relating to both acquisition and disposals. You will provide expert guidance, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen, integrating seamlessly within the dedicated team of Commercial Property advisors. This role will continually push for increasing levels of responsibility, and you will actively participate in all departmental marketing and business development. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established team of committed Lawyers.
THE CANDIDATE:
The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have at least 2+ years’ PQE experience, with the ability to provide logical and applicable advice to clients. A solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives is required, with strong planning and organisational skills.
