Network Systems Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the MUFG EMEA data network and all other aspects of networking including firewall and Network infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Incident Management: Take ownership of network-related incidents and troubleshoot from first alert to resolution. Maintain good customer-facing skills when liaising with users, cooperate with team members and internal teams, and liaise with vendors for incident resolution.
2. Administration: Maintain and create a comprehensive set of network data diagrams and documentation.
3. Project Support: Conduct project activities to specific timelines and deliver network data project tasks and objectives assigned to the team.

3. Layer 3 Path Control, IPv4 redistribution, EIGRP based solutions
