People & Talent Advisor - LegalTech - 10-month FTC
Location: Holborn, 3-days a week
Overview: We are working with an exciting legal tech organisation to hire a superb People & Talent Advisor for a 10-month maternity cover contract. This role is going to be instrumental to furthering the P&T agenda through a time of change in 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Provide timely advice on employment law, HR policies and best practices, and support managers with employee relations issues.
* Provide People Partnering support to Events team (70 heads) and work with Sr People Partner to support wider commercial team.
* Own the performance management process and conduct first impressions and exit interviews.
* Support project launches (including Workday), use data for employee metrics and experience improvement.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver the wider People & Talent agenda.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a People Advisory role within a PE backed scaling business.
* Be a self-starter with strong stakeholder skills and confidence to present to your stakeholder group.
* Proven experience developing and delivering on elements of employee lifecycle - from onboarding through to offboarding.
* Excellent time-management and organisation.
* Workday or similar HRIS experience.
