In this role you will add value to PXP by: Drive sales performance and revenue growth within the SME segment. This role is pivotal in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed by optimizing sales strategies, identifying expansion opportunities, and equipping teams with the skills and tools needed to close more deals. A typical week as a SME Growth Manager might involve: Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue and market share within the SME segment. Identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance conversion rates and customer acquisition. Tailor sales approaches for SMEs, balancing efficiency with personalization. Equip teams with best practices in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management. Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover expansion opportunities. Ensure SMEs receive a seamless sales journey, driving long-term partnerships. Work closely with marketing, product, and account management teams to align growth initiatives. We are looking for someone who: Proven experience in SME sales, business development, or growth strategy roles.
