Who we're looking for We are seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing partner to join our team. The marketing partner will be responsible for working with key Microsoft stakeholders to maximise MDF (Marketing Development Funds) funds for campaigns as well as running these campaigns to drive opportunities and results, aligning with business goals and desired outcomes. The role includes co-ordinating all MDF, creating compelling campaigns, delivering and communicating results and Proof of Execution as well as partner award entries and win wire initiatives. What you'll be delivering To be the main marketing point of contact for key Microsoft stakeholders (i.e. GTM contacts and their wider marketing team), building relationships to ensure ongoing investment and co-marketing opportunities, as well as to: Gain approval for plans, ensure an accurate PO is raised and the final Proof of Execution (POE) is successfully approved and paid Outline activities within Microsoft’s preferred format and in preparation for a successful POE at the end of the campaign Document evidence for each part of the execution, in accordance with Microsoft’s POE requirements Ensure we are aware of Microsoft comarketing and funding investment opportunities Raising the profile of Transparity internally within Microsoft through relationship building with key stakeholders and initiatives such as applying for Microsoft partner awards Create and distribute win wire campaigns quarterly Creating compelling demand gen campaign plans in line with broader strategies around specific solution areas in partnership with Microsoft Work closely with Microsoft contacts to determine the right tactics and spend to achieve expected outcomes from MQLs to wins Coordinate with internal marketing teams, external agencies, SDR and sales teams to execute campaigns on time, on budget and delivering the required results, monitoring success and ways to improve future campaigns Ensure Microsoft funded campaigns compliment business goals and strategies, aligning with internal stakeholders Report regularly on the progress of campaigns to internal stakeholders and Microsoft counterparts, sharing insights on successes and areas for improvement Coordinating with our Microsoft Programme’s and Incentives Manager to ensure all SQLs and Opportunities are uploaded into Partner Centre in a timely manner with the correct campaign code and that the invoice is submitted and paid Manage campaign tracking and progress within Dynamics CRM ensuring all leads generated by the campaign are correctly entered including key information like practice area, campaign code and status We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following Proven background in a similar marketing partner role, preferably with Microsoft Great relationship building and communication skills Excellent understanding of demand generation campaigns and tactics to ensure plans result in SQLs and wins Campaign management experience with great attention to detail and time management Ability to work collaboratively across marketing disciplines and multiple technology areas Experience with Microsoft technologies Ability to multi-task, set priorities and project manage campaigns from outset to conclusion What we'll offer in return In addition to a competitive salary, there are a number of benefits and perks we offer to say thank you for being a part of our journey: To work at a 3 World Class Best Company Flexibility over where you work with our Winning from Anywhere® approach 25 days holiday Home working allowance paid monthly Winning from Anywhere® allowance to help your set up at home 24/7 GP at hand Immediate 24/7 access to an Employee Assistance Programme We’ll support you when you’re not well with our Company sick pay scheme Private health insurance after a successful year’s service Enhanced parental pay and leave, supporting you with those precious life moments Access to the Perkbox platform to help make your money go further Cyclescheme Electric car scheme And many more LI-remote About us We do Microsoft Cloud and we're dedicated to delivering Transformation, Partnership, and Clarity.
