Application Requirements: To be successful, you’ll need:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and creativity.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and inclusion.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events to contribute to the wider school community.
