The Global & US Large Marketing organisation manages American Express’ largest and strategically important commercial clients – driving differentiated value and providing solutions that meet the diverse and global needs of the company’s most valuable corporate customers. The Global & US Large Marketing segment vision is to deliver a best-in-class Travel & Entertainment (T&E) value proposition and accelerate growth of our B2B solutions to meet our customers’ increasing payment needs. The Marketing Executive - International GCG Marketing will support the international marketing strategy, for the EMEA region, by delivering compelling campaigns crafted to open-up new and deepen our relationships to help us reach our revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively leading and prioritise a multitude of initiatives to ensure consistent delivery and have a natural curiosity to deeply understand the needs of our customers. This role interacts at multiple levels of the organisation with many cross-functional business partners including local marketing teams, Brand, Compliance, Client Management as well as external creative agencies. Key success metrics include brand awareness, reach through multi-channel marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction (NPS). How will you make an impact in this role?
