As Graphic Designer, your main responsibility will be to translate briefs into targeted, effective and inspirational creative. Some of the types of creative you can look forward to getting stuck in with are; Educational PDFs/brochures and documentation for internal stakeholders and customers Marketing assets for MEDDICC MEDIA (our media channel) Assisting with high-quality PowerPoint presentations for our team members Specific marketing campaign collateral across paid and organic media Due to the global nature of our business, we will require for this position to work on UK time. Attention to detail is crucial in creating high-quality designs that meet stakeholder requirements and brand guidelines. We’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders are key to achieving cohesive and impactful graphic designs. Requirements Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is essential to this role. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous for creating impactful external presentations and collaborating with our CEO on visual materials. Knowledge of industry-standard design principles and best practices. Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging user interfaces, illustrations, logos, and other graphic assets. Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to work with various file formats and prepare designs for different mediums (print, web, social media, etc.). Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt designs to target audiences. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively. Basic understanding of frequently used business tools such as Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
