Key Responsibilities:
1. Process end-to-end payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Handle PAYE, NIC, and other statutory deductions in line with government regulations.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and tax changes.
4. Prepare and process monthly/weekly payroll reports.
5. Assist clients with payroll queries and provide excellent customer service.
6. Ensure compliance.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
1. Previous experience with complete start to finish payroll.
2. Understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
4. Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
5. Payroll qualifications (CIPP or equivalent) would be a plus.
