Are you passionate about education and development within the operating theatre environment? Do you have extensive theatre experience and a desire to shape the next generation of theatre professionals? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our small, friendly education team within Women’s Health. Your primary focus will be supporting Gynae, Breast, and Maternity Theatres. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise and teaching skills to enhance patient care while fostering the growth and development of our theatre team.
This varied and engaging role is crucial in ensuring that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver an excellent patient experience at every stage of care. To succeed, you will need leadership abilities, innovative thinking, and the flexibility to adapt to service needs.
We require candidates to hold a recognised teaching or mentorship qualification and have substantial experience within the theatre setting. Knowledge of Women’s Health is desirable but not essential. Experience in supporting junior staff and students as a practice supervisor or assessor would be an advantage.
