We seek a Payroll and Treasury Administrator to join our Fund Accounts team, contributing both to our clients and internally. Candidates should have experience in a Treasury/Accounting team, strong communication skills, and be commercially astute. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Prepare cashflows and process Investments for pensions schemes assets. Process Invoices, Member payments, and monthly payrolls for multiple schemes. Resolve discrepancies between accounts and internal ledgers. Prepare and submit reports to Scheme Administrators, Client Managers, and External companies. Complete monthly Bank reconciliations and manage cash handling policies and procedures. Record and update payroll changes received from the Scheme Administrator. Manage trustee bank accounts and attend internal and external meetings. Essential Professional Experience and Knowledge Bookkeeping and general ledger experience with a financial awareness of accounting procedures. Excellent knowledge of computerised systems, especially Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences. Knowledge of day-to-day banking procedures and familiarity with cash/bank management systems. Technical Experience and Knowledge Experience in Treasury/Accounting; Payroll experience is desirable. Essential Educational Qualifications Evidence of qualifications with strong numeracy content. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with additional hours as required. Some UK travel may be necessary.
