Our team of experienced Registered Nurses & Support Workers led by Clinical Leads work closely to undertake assessments in order to provide person centered therapeutic interventions to minimize any risks associated with these behaviors. For our dementia care services, we believe passionately in providing good care to people with dementia and their families. We also believe that it is entirely possible for a person with dementia to live a good quality and meaningful life. With the right help, this is a reasonable expectation for anybody living with dementia. Our teams are specialists and are passionate about what they do. Flexibility - shift patterns do include weekends and nights, and you may need to work at either service based on the service needs.
