Job Introduction
The Building Ambassador will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience within the Microsoft environment.
What You'll Do:
* Support daily operations for Lobby Services, including visitor interactions and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
* Conduct ECAT audit checks and address any identified issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
* Perform Car Park checks and provide support during large events.
* Manage Locker allocations, access requests, and upkeep of Stationery Cabinets.
* Install and maintain signage across the site.
