Job summary Job Summary The post holder will provide leadership and finance management skills to enable the practice to offer high quality general medical services within a profitable, efficient, safe, and effective working environment. The post holder will have day to day financial responsibility for the organisation and will provide business support to the Partners and Practice Manager. In liaison with the Partners and Practice Manager, the post holder will contribute to the strategic development of the Practice and will lead in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Review and develop policies and procedures relating to Financial Management Implement systems of audit and control to maximise profitability and manage financial risk. Responsible for collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information in readiness for the monthly submission to our external payroll provider.
