As the Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of the companys marketing strategy, taking ownership of a diverse and growing product portfolio. Your role will encompass the strategic development and execution of product offerings within key categories. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of New Product Development and Existing Product Development projects, ensuring they are brought to market successfully and within timeline constraints.
A crucial aspect of your role will be to analyse market research and data, transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive brand growth. You will work closely with external creative and media partners to deliver compelling brand campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to ensure the products achieve maximum visibility in retail settings, supported by effective promotions and Point of Sale materials. Additionally, you will manage the marketing budget for your brands, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and contribute positively to the companys bottom line.
