We require an experienced LTA with recent experience to be part of our ever growing TA department.
The success of Goresbrook is underpinned by a dynamic and highly motivated team of professionals, working and learning in a warm and friendly environment. We passionately believe that all our children have infinite potential, and it is our job to empower them. We are determined to make a difference for all of our pupils and are looking for like-minded staff to join us.
The role:
At Goresbrook, we are committed to a child-centred approach and have successfully embedded a well-resourced, creative learning environment that develops children as independent learners.

About us:

We are a hard-working team and are passionate about working with staff to facilitate their continuous professional development. As a group, we can reward our staff better: with good career opportunities, better pay, benefits, and ultimately, the satisfaction of helping children to succeed. We invest in our staff wellbeing. Our academies each have at least eight Inset days per year (with three of those solely dedicated to planning), and an ongoing group-wide wellbeing programme.
