Overview:
Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth whilst supporting the UK’s Construction sector.
You will be tasked with supporting the team with meeting deadlines whilst completing general administrative duties.
What do I need?
* Prior basic knowledge of Plant equipment
* Previous working experience within a busy administrative role.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Raise orders for machinery, ensuring orders are in place prior to delivery
* Handling department admin tasks, ensuring everything is completed, checked, and filed properly
* Planning and distributing work effectively to meet the daily requirement
* Assist with vehicle inspections / compliance
* Supply payroll with weekly timesheets
* Complete ETA phone calls to customers
