Role: Digital Experience Manager Project: Condor Contract: 18m FTC Shift pattern: Full Time Location: Nottingham Support Office Level: 5 Closing date: 27th Feb 2025 Recruitment Partner: Matthew Nelligan About the role We’re looking for a strong digital leader to join our team as a Digital Experience Manager and lead the R1 and R3 roll-out of our Condor programme on the boots.com and boots.ie websites. As part of Digital Experience, you’ll lead a small creative team working closely with stakeholders and specialists across Digital to manage the transition of content from product development/UX into the DX team. Your Responsibilities (DAY TO DAY/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) Lead the DX team through R1 and R3 Condor phases to transition content over to the new platform Work closely with UX and Product specialists within each release to refine PRD & user stories, provide insights and advise on template and component development Contribute to CMS and DAM development as a key stakeholder, ensuring all DX requirements, useability and process objectives are met e.g. content, imagery restrictions, copy constraints, build process etc Lead the set-up and handover of CMS and DAM systems into the R1 DX build team, and support them through training, testing, build and approval phases Oversee compliance, quality, peer reviews, sign-off and publishing to ensure right first-time delivery Lead, develop and performance manage a small team of digital specialists. Our Ideal Candidate (SKILLS, BEHAVIOURS AND EXPERIENCE) Our ideal candidate will have current digital specialist experience within a digital, agency or marketing role Thorough working knowledge of CMS, DAM, BVI, DDL, Accessibility and UX/Product lifecycles Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident in engaging, influencing and holding others to account, and able to flex work styles according to the audience to get the best out of interactions Calm, confident, collaborative, and proactive, with excellent organisational skills Comfortable leading a small team of creative specialists.
