Primary Responsibilities as a Team Manager:
5. Providing a safe and nurturing environment in which children experience quality of care from a highly skilled team, and where they are supported to enjoy and achieve and make good progress towards the goals identified in their individual care plans.
• Providing effective leadership and management to continue our improvement journey at the Home and achieve at least a rating of Good at inspection.
• Building effective relationships with parents/carers and professionals across education, health, and social care so that there is effective collaboration across all settings for children, and that the home plays an active role in supporting children to achieve positive outcomes.
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
6. Social Work England registration
7. Eligible to work in the UK.
8. Hold a full UK license.
9. Years Post-qualified experience
10. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
