GRG are pleased to be supporting a well established law firm in Coventry, with a reputation for providing excellent client service and delivering innovative solutions. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing department.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the conveyancing team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, assisting with a range of tasks to ensure that the conveyancing process runs smoothly.
This permanent role requires you to be on-site in offices Monday - Friday, with flexibility to commute across various offices, so a full driving license is required. The role is paying up to £26,000.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts and deeds
* Manage client files, ensuring that all relevant documents are filed correctly
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on the progress of cases
* Schedule appointments and manage diaries for the conveyancing team
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Key Skills:
* Previous experience working as a legal secretary in a conveyancing team
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Full UK Driving License and flexibility to commute across offices as business requires.
