Accommodation Administrator Location: RG1 Salary: £14.49 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accommodation Administrator to provide essential operational support within our team. This varied role involves a mix of front-facing customer service and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our accommodation services. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, handling reception duties professionally. Managing emails and phone calls, responding to general housing enquiries. Conducting site inductions and viewings for new tenants. Coordinating key exchanges with the hospital. Assisting with tenancy matters, including bookings and general support. Logging and booking maintenance requests. Supporting the Accommodation Manager and team with administrative tasks. Updating systems and assisting with marketing accommodation through various channels. Ensuring correct procedures are followed and maintaining confidentiality at all times. About You: A proactive and flexible approach to work. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in an administrative or customer service role.
