Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assurance and control reviews of all processes across Insurer Services, including suppliers.
* Provide clear visibility of controls and assurance activities, ensuring they are effective.
* Ensure appropriate assurance levels across processes, with tracking and visibility of activities and review actions.
* Support deep dive reviews for regulatory, conduct, and performance outcomes, managing actions to completion.
* Maintain and update reports on assurance and control performance; support regulatory and cross-functional initiatives.
* Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line colleagues, attending meetings and providing updates.
Desired Skills:
* Strong understanding of assurance and control requirements, preferably in insurance/claims.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of driving cultural change.
* Strong investigatory and analytical skills, with the ability to produce concise reports from multiple sources.
