We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The RoleWe are looking for experienced Mental Health Support Workers who know what it takes to support adults with enduring mental illness between the ages of 18 and 65 living in supported housing accommodation in Huntingdon. You will be a 'Key Person' in making sure that people are safe, gain independent living skills and feel happy and supported in their living environment.You will be very much part of a well-established, welcoming and enthusiastic team. You will be provided with full training but must be proactive, positive, approachable and non judgemental with a good sense of humour and the ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure.You will be expected to keep up to date entries for the people we work alongside on our internal recording system, within the guidance of our policies/procedures and contract requirements.What We OfferIn return we offer the chance to join an expanding, dynamic organisation, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
