The Role: As a Corporate Insolvency Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality client service. You will support senior management and assist in leading junior staff, helping to drive efficiency and best practices across the firm. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and CVAs. Overseeing case progression from initiation to closure, ensuring all statutory and compliance obligations are met. Supporting and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise. Liaising with stakeholders including creditors, directors, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies. Preparing reports, financial statements, and other insolvency-related documentation. Conducting investigations into company affairs where necessary. Identifying case risks and implementing appropriate solutions. Assisting with business development initiatives and maintaining client relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in corporate insolvency, ideally at a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager level. Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Experience managing a portfolio of cases from start to finish. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to support junior staff. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. CPI qualification preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management software. A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail. What’s on Offer?
