Senior Break fix Engineer Role Overview Reporting to the on-site AV Manager you will ensure that all BAU (Business as Usual) activities are delivered in line with contracted Service Levels across all sites. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the on-site AV Manager To ensure that all BAU (Business as Usual) activities are delivered in line with contracted Service Levels across all sites Close liaison with Commercial Account Directors / Managers with respect to all on-going activities / service deliverables To communicate at a senior level both within client and to ensure both client service delivery targets and commercial contract targets are met and exceeded Focusing on customer service and taking ownership for all areas related to this activity is paramount Field service engineering work as required On-site Service Engineering covering client sites as required Travelling to client sites (including EMEA travel if required) Preventative maintenance calls as required Rotation of client sites as required Occasional day to day BAU support of the AV / VC facilities when requested by the AV Manager Assisting with BAU in-house installations, including handover to client assuming client has approved any charges Working any rotational shift basis as required Administration necessary to support engineering role Desirable Skills A passion for service excellence, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all current audio visual technologies The ability to use your initiative and solve problems effective A team player who is flexible and able to adapt to a variety of challenges Provide remote support via phone as required Monitor, add and remove tickets within “Vulcan” ticket system Maintain site inventory list – spares Replacing faulty equipment hardware Diagnose faults in problem systems Further Details Salary: Dependant on experience Reporting to: Onsite AV Manager Hours: 9-hour day on a rotational shift pattern between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday
