Responsibilities
1. Provide support to our clients with their procurement sourcing requirements.
2. Manage the end-to-end procurement process.
3. Research and identify service providers that will be able to deliver excellent service to our clients.
4. Be a key contact to our clients and service providers.
5. Respond to system and support queries.
6. Review new service provider onboarding requests.
7. Conduct spend analysis.
8. File documents in SharePoint.
9. Monitor and maintain inboxes.
10. Organise meetings with clients and service providers.
11. Provide general office administration support.
Essential Experience/Abilities
1. Graduate qualification or CIPS.
2. 1-2 years post-graduation experience in an office environment.
3. Basic understanding of what Procurement does.
4. Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask.
7. Great interpersonal skills.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
10. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
