As Service Administrator, you will be a key team member, responsible for the day to day costing for the branch. You will work closely with all branch staff, credit control, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: • Answer the phone in a friendly and open manner using the company standard greeting.• Invoice and control branch work in progress.• Check the system to ensure campaigns are completed and costed correctly.• Work within credit control policy and procedures.• Carry out the costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to company standards.• Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required.• Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.• Resolve and assist in invoice queries as and when necessary.• Assist with other administration duties as required.• Ensure all customer complaints are escalated to the manager ensuring the quickest resolution possible.
